Hi, I’m Hanna — owner and creative director of Rain House and the photographer behind Hanna Rain Photo & Film. For the past 10 years, I’ve documented weddings, families, and life’s most meaningful chapters with intention, artistry, and ease.

Located at my home, Rain House is a lifestyle studio built for real moments, natural light, and a relaxed, inspiring environment. My personal work is rooted in the soft chaos of family life, and the quiet touches that don’t need posing. Rain House’s natural light studio, my goal is always the same: to create imagery that feels like you.

I’m a boy mom, a film lover, and a believer that the best photos come from comfort, connection, and trust. Over the years, I’ve been honored to work with hundreds of couples and families across Tennessee and beyond, blending documentary storytelling with timeless artistry.

At Rain House, I’ve built a space for creativity, collaboration, and inspiration — a place where photographers, creatives, and clients alike feel at ease. On your wedding day or session, you’ll find me scouting light, calming nerves, and capturing the moments you didn’t even realize were happening — preserving them in a way that’s cinematic, personal, and full of heart.

  • Not at all—while Photologie is our creative home base, we photograph clients on-location throughout Knoxville and beyond. Whether you need branding photos at your business, family portraits outdoors, or wedding coverage anywhere in the Southeast, we bring the same artistry and direction to every setting.

  • Yes! You can book the studio space alone, or you can reserve a full photography experience with one of our Photologie & Krue photographers. We also offer add-ons such as 35mm film, styling assistance, and editorial direction. If you're unsure which option fits your vision, we’re happy to guide you.

  • Our team photographs weddings, elopements, families, branding, headshots, seniors, events, and commercial work. If you envision something unique—like travel sessions, lifestyle in-home shoots, or creative editorial concepts—just reach out. We love bringing your ideas to life both inside and outside the studio.
